Object as Letter

This project challenged me to think outside the box and go outside my comfort zone. I decided on the statement “No Limits.” I knew I wanted this outside, with the sky as the main backdrop. To find the pieces to form these words, I searched along the Duluth Lakewalk for rocks that fit into my letters. I decided to take the photo a step further. I took the rocks and glued them to a piece of acrylic. Then I brought this piece back to the Lakewalk and photographed it wet and dry.
